2. Returns Policy
All Hair Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extension products, all hair purchases are final sale. Once hair has been purchased, processed, customized, or prepared for an order or appointment, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted except as outlined below.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Hair extensions are classified as personal-use products and cannot be restocked or resold once handled or prepared.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, delays outside company control, or unused hair.

All sales are considered final once payment has been successfully processed.
Company Error Exception
While all sales are final, the company reserves the sole right and discretion to approve an exchange only in the event of a verified company error, including but not limited to:

Incorrect texture, length, or product sent

Order fulfillment mistakes made by the company
If a company error is confirmed:

The item must remain unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

The customer must notify the company within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

The company may offer a replacement or exchange of equal value as the exclusive remedy.
Refunds will not be issued, and exchanges are granted solely at the company’s discretion after review.
Appointment Rescheduling & Hair Ownership Policy
If an appointment connected to a hair purchase must be rescheduled:

Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability and booking policies.

If the appointment cannot be rescheduled or the client chooses not to continue services, the purchased hair remains the property of the client.

Clients may arrange pickup or shipping of their hair.
Because the product has already been purchased and allocated, no refunds will be issued.
Hair purchases apply to the physical product only and are separate from service fees.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from this website, the customer agrees to these terms and understands that disputes or chargebacks submitted for transactions compliant with this policy may be formally contested with documentation of policy acceptance at checkout.
